The staff are very helpful, however there's a huge sense of rush when visiting the store and trying on dresses due to how busy they are so you just have to be prepared for the peak periods. There is such a huge variety of dresses at reasonable prices and they are happy to provide recommendations and let you try on different styles. Overall it was a good experience, however due to how busy and popular they are, there is a lack of flexibility towards customers. (For example I could only pick up my dress & have a final fitting on a certain day at a certain time. I understand they are busy, but most of us have full time careers.) The quality of the dresses are superb and I would recommend it based on this factor.

I have a good experience with Tuscany Bridal, the team is very professional and friendly. Especially Angela who assisted me patiently. They have a big collection of wedding gowns and accessories. Once you say Yes to your dress, they would offer you champagne to celebrate. Thank you for helping me choosing my wedding dress. I can't wait to wear it on my big day!
I had the best experience at Tuscany Bridal, the girls were so kind and welcoming! We were offered champagne as soon as we walked into our appointment and I had Angela who helped me say yes to the dress! She was so amazing and knew exactly what I wanted and made the whole process so easy and stress free! Michelle was also amazing and so kind They have a huge collection of dresses and accessories to choose from! I can't wait to try my dress on again once it’s delivered and of course wear it on the big day!
Welcoming Staff, Exceptional Service, & Amazing Gowns ONE STOP SHOP! Carmel & Michelle are extremely passionate about what they do. I stepped foot into Tuscany (as my first experience into the world of Wedding Gown Shopping) and instantly felt welcomed. Carmel took us through the store and we picked roughly 6 dresses to try. I was so excited to walk out of Tuscany with my dream dress on order. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Tuscany Bridal.

First off as I walked in I knew I was going to find my dress. The amount of dresses and the range was unreal. I was not pushed to buy a full price dress we went straight to the sale rack and the first dress Angela pulled out was the one. Was such a pleasant experience buying my dress and could not rate the service any higher. Thank you
From the moment I walked in to Tuscany Bridal I was made to feel special. I had a specific style of dress I wanted, but being an older style, I didn’t think I would find exactly what I was looking for. After chatting with me and showing me a couple of dresses, Lucy had figured out what I was wanting and asked me to wait while she went and found ‘my dress’. After putting it on I knew that I had found the perfect dress. Lucy definitely excels at her job and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. All the ladies at Tuscany Bridal are wonderful and I would definitely recommend booking an appointment to find your perfect dress.
After my sister found her perfect dress with Lucy at Tuscany, I just knew I had to return when it was time to find mine! Once again Tuscany did not disappoint.
