Overall Love the vibes. Bowling was fun. The escape room was hard but we enjoyed with my group. Holey moley looks cool so i shall try that next time. Food at the bar was decent too. I definitely recommending going here to have a good time. The hosts are nice and the front desk people were nice. Received a bit of poor customer service from the 2 female bar tenders on a Saturday night, which I did give Strike feedback. And thankfully Strike have called to apologised and have offered vouchers to go back. I appreciate them calling and acknowledging my review. I will defy go back there and bring friends along.

The activity itself is fun and a great place. Trying to book for a group via the phone (as I have some questions) is impossible! If you can't even get past the first hurdle of booking that really sours the whole thing. To add to that the voice over on call waiting is trying to be tongue in cheek but it really doesn't go down well when the system just hangs up on you, been holding for over 15min, used the call back option that promises "call you back shortly" and they don't. The corporate team that looks after this overall experience needs a quick kick up the wahzoo!

Nice area for bowling, karaoke was closed even though it says open on the website and it’s a small not really exciting. Although cool place !!

Great fun for the whole family and love the velcro shoes! They have a bar with heaps of amazing cocktails for the grown up parties and even private lanes for a different spin on functions. Its bowling but better. Had a great time.

EDIT: Catriona, the Assistant Venue Manager contacted me and made a great effort rectifying the poor experience. Really appreciate the follow up, thanks Catriona! Went to Strike Castle Hill for an hour karaoke session with my family. We were rushed in with one out of two mics as they quickly started the hour timer, telling us they would be back shortly to turn the music up and give us the second mic. I had to go out twice to have the music turned up and 30 minutes out of an hour session to get our second mic. Terrible service, poor song catalogue and 100 for one hour. Complained on the way out and told "so sorry about that" with about as much care factor as had been shown to us since we walked in. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Good joint for kids but too cramped up especially during COVID period. Additionally the bar is just near the kids playing area which is not the most appropriate place it should be in.
