Josh has been so helpful, immediately fixing some machines that have been jammed or stuck. He has been very friendly and welcoming each time I have some fun at Timezone. :)

I originally had thought timezone watergardens was 5 stars. Yesterday I was dissapointed to realize I was wrong. Yesterday my mate and I went timezone and the games stopped working, the security guard came and told us we were banned, my mate and I were confused, the other 2 people there werent and new whaf was going on, we told them to check the cameras, they did but never came to talk to us just kicked the other 2 people out. My mate and I where confused about what was going on and waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes for a response, and thats when I got tired of waiting i went to looked for the guard asked him if we were banned he said we werent, asked him why the games where still not working if we werent banned, I personally didnt waste 50 dollars to just stand there, he talked to the people managing the games and they were finally turned on, I find it ridiculous on how I had to go find the guard for something to finally be done, isnt there a saying 'customer is king' this doesnt prove that. They left us there waiting and no one told us what happened or if we were allowed to stay, we had to look for the guard our selfs. I am dissapointed on yesterdays customer service.
Bad place we booked to go timezone the arcade part and they said you never booked so they kicked us out of the venue do not go or book for a party
