Had a birthday party here on the weekend for a 6 year old. Staff were friendly and did what they could. Was jam packed busy though. Poor guy on his own running birthday parties and just needed someone else on the drink and food counter with him. Was totally snowed under. Our party was ok but this place needs areas marked off for parties, ours was in the middle of the main floor and people bumping into the kids etc. We had to organize our own tables, the guy found some extra seats for us though, he did his best. Food was ok for what you get. As far as a kids birthday, I'd steer clear of this place. Would not return based on service, cleanliness and punctuality of party with organization level. Only 2 unisex toilets for the whole place, with about 300 in there on Saturday lines were long, but the toilets were admittedly clean. Positives are its licensed for those wanting to let their kids run free over a few bevs. Overall they just scrape 3 stars. Ok for a visit but there are better places on the coast to throw a kids party. This could be such a great business and totally successful in so many more ways. Currently it needs a rejig and reset on how parties are run.

Great place to take the kids for a play.

Wonderful, helpful staff, they really made the day. Great value, the best party we've ever done for our boy. We had run around to help all the kids understand the cards, tickets, tokens, laser tag, games, how to shoot a rifle, find their lost cards, ride a dodgem and pick their toys but it was a brilliant day. Tiring but great value. Imagine the fun when my daughter hit a 1,000 point jackpot. That's a bit rare but hard to beat. One thought, drill into the kids, if they put their card down and lose it they can't play. Would be good if the centre had lanyards or something so the kids couldn't lose them. We had three out of ten lose them in one event. Found all three but that's too stressful for me.

Fun place for the family. We got the 2 hr deal which was more than enough. All the red games were for the kids but you only get 12 games which we burned through pretty quick. The yellow unlimited games were mainly for adults which the kids couldn't really play. Laser tag was fun.

Loved this place. Not that busy weekdays but of course weekends are busy. This place is small but so much fun for all kids. Great place to take your friends for some fun.

Returned a ball that was "purchased" through tickets. My daughter was disappointed it didn't do what it said on the packaging. I warned her it sounded to good to be true. They let get return though, no hassles, so smiles all round.

Fun place to kill time, if you do get a card there make sure you sign up to be a VIP as you will get cheaper games (its free to sign up) when I was there some of the games didn't work and I had to keep bugging the attendant to help us out. This arcade spits out tickets then you have to put through a machine to put onto your card. Pretty varied in games and a fun place.

Expensive. They used to sell value deals where you used to be able to earn tickets with games but have recently changed it so with each pack they only give you 200-300tickets and you can't earn anymore off ticketed games which takes the fun out of them. Time zone is much better in my opinion
