Absolutely can not wait for my warranty with them to be done. Today the car went in for a service I called them up twice asking for the price of the servicing and their office lady said 197.80 (called them twice same answer.) I go in this afternoon to collect my car with the 200 dollars to pay only for them to say it was a 250 dollar servicing and wouldn't hand my keys back til I had the other 50. I called them twice and specifically asked them the price both times I got the same answer 197.80. The car bonnet has scratches all over it. Very angry frustrated and annoyed will not being going back there once I dont need too.
Just bought a Nissan Qashqai through Michael and the guys here and can honestly say the whole thing was just a great experience. Customer service was truly top notch. I'll buy my next car here and completely recommend checking them out!
