The team welcomed me warmly and we discussed my need for two panels to be painted. They accepted the delivery direct to them for one panel saving me lots of time. The standard of workmanship and detail is impressive and of the highest I’ve had on a vehicle. Communication was excellent and they delivered ahead of time doing everything I asked of them for a very reasonable cost. I would recommend Picasso’s to anyone needing a professional repair or paint on their vehicle. Even the colour match of the paint was accurate even though they hadn’t seen the vehicle. Don’t hesitate to call them for your paintwork and body repairs. You’ll be pleased you did.

it really hurts to give these guys 3 stars and I am doing this as I do use these reviews and felt I should contribute. I had two good private experiences with this company however the third, an insurance job, was disastrous and possibly dangerous. What was charged for and what was done did not equate. Scratches were touched up on items supposed to be replaced, undercarriage never replaced despite being ripped backwards in the accident (car had to be towed) and items not replaced despite taking the car back twice. Ended up my car was sent to another repairer by the insurance company where the damage was properly repaired including replacing the radiator. Saying that, they were really nice about the whole episode.

This may seem a little strange, as it has been nearly 9 months since I had my car repaired through this organisation, but after using a number of other similar services up and down the Queensland Coast, I feel compelled to write a review for Picasso's Workshop. The professionalism, care and customer service I experienced throughout my business with the boys in the shop is literally second to none. After COVID shipping times delayed the arrival of a part for the repairs of my 2015 Nissan Navara, they were accomodating and borderline apologetic even though the issue was completely out of their control. Ive had a hard time getting anywhere near the same attention to detail and ownership of works from any other repair shop I've been to since.
