Had an accident in January (my fault). My excess 650 was refunded to me when I picked up my car. Extra work was done not relevant to the accident and my car was detailed inside and out. My car has never looked better. Thank-you very much Auto Body Shop.
Charlie and his team at the Auto Body shop repaired my car after I drove my front left wheel backwards over a driveway and crashed about 30 cm into a hidden gutter when parking at Williamstown in 2020. The repair work is perfect and my four year old car looks just like new. The work was done in four working days, which is quite remarkable especially during the pandemic and at Christmas. As a courtesy my car was cleaned and the tyres painted. I first met Charlie when he repaired my late mother's car in 2007 and decided to try him out for myself when I needed some work done in 2017. Not only is the quality of the workmanship consistently outstanding but Charlie is very obliging. He offered me the use of a courtesy car, which I declined because it takes me about a year to get a feel for any car and as a rule I will not drive other peoples' cars. Alternatively he will arrange to drop you off and pick you at Sunshine railway station. The Auto Body Shop gave me a 200 rebate on my excess and a written life time guarantee for the work. I am very grateful for the high quality, no fuss service.
Iv'e just had repairs done on my VW Golf with these guys and this was a very positive experience! The quality of the repairs was fantastic and they went out of their way to fix a couple of other extra little scuffs on my paintwork so my car came back looking like new. They picked up my car and dropped off a complimentary loan car and paid half of my excess. I'm a single parent so this service was so appreciated. I highly recommend this repair shop!
I had an accident back in 2016. I brought my car to the Auto body shop because there was a product failure on the paint. It was fixed immediately and they also fixed other damage that was not related, free of charge. This is part of the Auto body shops lifetime warranty on all work. Thankyou to Charlie and his team for being so professional and for completing the job so quickly. I really appreciate it!!!
