Picked up my Audi earlier this week after accident repairs and couldn't be happier. The girls in the office were great, they helped me lodge my insurance claim and arranged a replacement car for me. The car looks great, even better than before the accident. Best smash repairer around.
We had first time dealings with Prestige Auto Body Shop after my daughter was involved in a vehicle collision on her way home from work. The support offered by Ben, his tow truck driver who arrived at the scene and the young lady in the office was not expected, but very much appreciated! They made sure she was ok first and foremost, then organised a loan car for her and helped with lodging the claim. The follow up service was excellent too with Ben calling me to explain what the process would entail. We can not thank you and your team enough Ben, and will happily recommend your company to anyone needing your services! Definitely a Five Star ***** company and experience! ;-)
I’ve used Prestige Auto Body Shop for repairs on multiple vehicles. Ben and the team always deliver the highest level of quality in everything that they do, doing so in a timely manner and whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending the business to anyone in need of the services that they’re offer.
There very friendly and price is cheaper compared to other tow place. There fast and came to tow my car in 30 minutes! If I ever get into a situation that needs to get car towed will use them again.

I was involved in an accident at the worst possible time with so much else going on in life and the guys at Prestige Auto Body made sure I drove out in a stylish courtesy car within 20 minutes feeling reassured and informed. They kept me updated on a daily basis on every detail of their work and how long the process would take. The whole ordeal was hassle free. I didn’t have to chase up or follow up any details. They sorted everything out and even took my car to AUDI for a check to make sure everything was perfect. As a fussy bloke who notices every detail, I couldn’t fault their work one bit. I arrived to see my precious car cleaned outside and inside and the work they completed was immaculate. I also brought my uncle who has been a panel beater for 20 years with me to have a look and he couldn’t fault their work either. To anyone who is tossing up between body shops, if you are seeking a trustworthy team to efficiently and work on your vehicle to the highest standards, then these are your guys. It was a pleasure dealing with Ben and the team. Highly recommend.

Impeccable service from the team at Prestige Auto Body Shop! My Golf R was rear-ended and the team worked diligently to organise the repair. Paul assisted with the insurance claim and Jade helped book the hire car. They also quoted on (competitively priced) and fixed a dent in the passenger side panel whilst the vehicle was in for repair. The new bumper and repaired dent are to an extremely high standard and the vehicle looks as good as new! Many thanks to Ben, Paul, Jade, and the team at Prestige Auto Body Shop.
