The sales team were fantastic when we bought our new car last year, to the point that we were thinking of buying another next year. It unfortunately developed a small issue with the touch screen which was stopping the radio channels changing properly. The service department refused to even have a look at this for us and told us that they needed the car all day. I asked could we please bring it in and have someone quickly check it out as it might be an issue that could be fixed easily without taking the car for the whole day. Apparently no way this could be done, I would have hoped for better service when having issues with a brand new car. Service department 1 star sales team 5 stars. My 16 year old fixed the issue this morning so a bit of flexibility in helping us with this would have prevented a bad experience.

The service desk lady is so rude. Unofrtunatley it is the only Honda service close to me so I have no choice but 3 years later she is just as rude as the first time I walked in there.
Joe was exceptional from looking at the car and giving it a test drive. Talking me through all the qualities of the car. Today I'm picking up my car and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend Joe and the Honda team for all they have done. Thank you!
Will never come back here again for a service. Has the audacity to call me 2 mins before the service part closes saying i need a new battery, i try to call back 17 times within 20 mins no answer to be reconnected to another person and saying sorry we are busy with customers? Get ya act together and sort out your customer service.
