Probably best not to try here...I was sent here through my insurance and it took a whopping 5 attempts to get the passenger door of my Hyundai hung properly. Initially they had my car for 6 weeks and when i got it returned the inside of my door wasnt fully painted. So I took it back (massive mistake to not get insurance assessors involved at this point) they repainted and inspected and i took it home... I asked a pannel beater friend to look at my door and check it as again I wasn't happy (I had to wait a few weeks to see him due to Covid-19) and there was a gap in the door my friend advised should not be there, and my door wasn't industry standard... I called them directly again, was told "your friend the pannel beater should fix it then" and i said excuse me, my insurance paid you... then he said it would take 10min to fix and to come back... then they said that I must have had another accident, and tried to refuse service. Manager is rude (I would say was, but this isn't past tense it's just a fact) and said to me "maybe if you were more polite to me I'd fix your car" and then he also dared me to get the insurance assessors involved - which in and of itself is just appalling, he had been paid to do the job properly and left me feeling helpless. So I called my insurance and got 2 lovely assessors out to look at this door, and they confirmed that after 3 goes the door was not hung to industry standard. I at this point refused to go back to the store and had it towed there for another attempt. The assessor let me know that they checked the 4th attempt and it was still not to standard and asked them to try again. After 5 attempts, my door is finally hung to industry standard, all of which totalled more than 3 months of back and forth with rude and crass customer service, but hey my fault for being disgruntled that my car and complaints were not taken seriously at all. Honestly go anywhere else. I could give them negative stars I would.
