It takes alot for me to say good things about companies these days. But I must comment on the great back up service we received from Alex at Scooters and Mobility Kawana. We had an small issue that stop our power chair working and called and left a message first thing in the morning. Alex called us back, told me he had a full day but he get to us. We live a good 40 minutes away and I thought to myself we won't be seeing them today. But to my surprise Alex showed up in afternoon and had the chair running in no time. So if service is important to you, I can recommend Scooters and Mobility Kawana. Cheers Will and Scott.

Very poor knowledge of product’s no qualified servicemen if you have a problem don’t go there please
I have been dealing with these wonderful people for many years. I've had nothing but prompt and awesome work from them. The staff are always curtious and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
