We recently worked at this venue and we can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure! they know exactly how to host an event and also ensure their suppliers are well looked after. Refreshing to see smiles all around and you can tell they honestly love their job and are so passionate in making all their events a success! Highly recommend if you want an amazing event and experience!

I attended a wedding reception at the Sandringham Yacht Club last Saturday and the food was so delicious, perfectly cooked and presented. My vegetarian dishes were easily the best wedding food I've EVER had. (I'm 50 and been to lots of lovely weddings) My friends all said similar... Everyone cleared their plates. The staff were brilliant, quick attentive service, professional but a good laugh too. They did all this seamlessly with Covid restrictions. The only negative thing was the MC who kept digging at Dan Andrews Covid rules, it wasn't the time or place but that's absolutely nothing to do with the yacht club. The DJ was so good, with a large variety of people he read the room and played tunes that got everyone up dancing throughout the evening creating a great fun vibe. If you are considering a function/wedding reception and want a very high level of quality food, great service and attention to detail then go and have a look. Oh, did I mention the view from inside or the large outdoor area and balconies over the bay? Photos from the balconies with the water as a backdrop is what you find in bridal magazines and movies. As a hairdresser who does a lot of bridal work and been privileged to be invited to many weddings, I can see why couples choose this venue. Go have a look.
Looks lovely from outside and surroundings,hav'nt been inside the club yet but keen to check it out,looks like parking is well catered for that's a big plus considering it's location,from what I hear food there is quality,as I am interested in getting into sailing I'm seriously considering joining this club it's feature and facilities impress me so far,hope this review helps
From a photographers point of view, this is an amazing wedding venue. Great views, great amount of space to be able to work and the staff were really generous looking after us on the day, making sure we were fed and watered. Great spots for photos too with a beach, sand dunes and cliff tops to use as backdrops.
