Had a really every bad experience 5 times! I went for my S10 very high battery drainage and my issue was not resolved I showed them screenshots of battery drainage and they took my mobile 5 times and still it's same my old phone lasts three times longer then S10. I have to carry two mobile because SAMSUNG mobile runs out of battery in just few hours for normal use. Absolutely! I will never recommend any one S10 and experiencing this store 5 times

I went into store 2 weeks ago because I lost one of my ear buds. I got told they need to send it away and it will take "a few days". I left my details and opted for my ear buds to be posted back to my home address. I understand we have had a Easter public holiday in between but 2 weeks later and I have still not received them back. The bigger issue is that I've been charged twice! I paid by card in store and the replacement was 120. Once I checked my transaction online, I've been charged 120 two times. I've called up samsung twice in the last week about this issue and been told on both occasions I would receive a call back. 3 days later and I'm still waiting. So in summary I've been charged double and still not even received my earbuds back yet! Shocking!

Sales assistant Utsav diligently and patiently explained and highlighted the features of my new Galaxy phone. The visit exceeded my expectations, increasing the satisfaction of my recent investment into a higher value mobile phone. I also learned that in the event of me breaking the mobile phone screen, if I arrange for Samsung to repair it, the battery is replaced as part of the cost at the same time! Conan and Eric were very helpful too.

Employee lacked basic product knowledge, just pulled an S5 tablet out of a drawer, said it was the last one and expected me to spend 650 on the spot without any explanation of its features. The whole interaction was over inside 1 minute. Felt like they wanted an idiot to flog off their old stock to (S5 is a 2 year old model). Went to Apple store instead where I received GREAT advice and help from positive enthusiastic staff who knew what they were talking about. Who does the hiring?!
