We have used Clements several times over the past couple of years and six or seven months ago bought a new house. We needed to replace an air-conditioner in the lounge soon after moving into the new place. We had a new room built on the back of the house which faces west and becomes rather hot in the afternoon. We had an air-conditioner installed in this room. We can find absolutely no fault with Clements. Their punctuality is superb, their price is good, the workmen obviously enjoy each others company as there is never a cross word spoken and when they have finished their work they leave the house clean and tidy. We are very satisfied with Clements and I am grateful that I can post these remarks. Bill Day

We had a difficult and complicated job and Clements dealt with it efficiently and in a professional manner. Ben, Travis and Ethan worked incredibly hard to sort out each issue as it arose. They were in our house for many hours on and off over several weeks and were always courteous and thoughtful; they cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have around. This place has been around for a long time in the Lower Hunter. Not only do these guys specialise in commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning but they specialise in domestic split and ducted air conditioning systems and installation. They also provide a large power generator for a fee as well and couple of cool rooms for you company work party. Give them a call, they have guys running around from Central Coast and through out the Lower Hunter on daily basis installing and fixing things. They did a great job fixing my old air system after I was told by another company that is was too far gone to fix and it was going to cost me more they 15k to replace.
Clements proved their focus on the customer experience was not just "weasel words". They guided us through the warranty process and were able to get our AC unit up and running very quickly, especially considering this time of the year. They understood the importance air conditioning plays in our health issues and their technician was professional and very focused on getting the job done. Well done Clements!
I have an older three phase Air Conditioning unit which late Wednesday afternoon stopped working. I noted that the second fan was not working and after a little while found that one of the fans was not working. I Googled Daikin Service Maitland and called the first listed. After no answer I went through the listings and called Clements. I was put through to the service department and explained my problem. He advised me that due to a number of commercial breakdowns, they had no spare technicians available to send out until at least Friday at the earliest. The representative understood my problem and asked if it was possible for me to undertake some checks. Although only a handyman, this fellow stayed on the phone and talked me through the tests. At the end he said that the fan motor had probably burned out and that it had may have also damaged the circuit board. He said that the motor was specific to the unit and that they had none in stock, however he would check with the supplier and see what he could do. He called me back within the hour (after the companies advertised closing time) and advised that he had found one and it could be in Maitland by Friday if I wanted it. I agreed and instead of Friday it arrived late Thursday night. It has been fitted and the unit is working which is very much appreciated as Saturday the temp is predicted to be 41 degrees. Clements is extremely lucky to have this technician and it proves that there are some very good Airconditioning companies out there that do well beyond what is required. Having contacted a couple of other companies, they were not available until next week being February and were nowhere near as helpful. Clements at Rutherford has proven that it is a company to be trusted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
