Amazing service from Danielle! Like so many people in Melbourne during lockdown, I decided to get myself a guitar to pick up where I'd left off 20 years ago. Danielle was able to guide me through the what was available after listening to what I needed. Extremely helpful and very easy to deal with, answering all my questions. I didn't need to look around after speaking with her. Thanks again Danielle and the team at Guitar Paradise! Great experience, we were lucky in sofar as they had the VOX Amp we were after in stock so that was cool, but the guys were really helpful and friendly. I'd recommend and we'll go back there when down in the city.

Staff are super friendly & helpful awesome guitars amps etc. A real pro shop. really focused on customer service . Was there with a buddy of mine who wanted to try a Paul Reed Smith custom 10 minutes b4 closing they were Verry happy to plug in to amps and let him play around. whether you're a beginner or pro they'll look after you.

Very friendly and chatty staff. First guitar store in Melbourne I've been to with a selection of Fenders, Gibsons, Ibanez and more. Definitely coming back for anything I need music wise.

Great range of instruments and equipment to peruse, and friendly staff. Bought a guitar and mic boom stand and a mate bought a guitar and drum sticks. No complaints here.
