My family and I went here 2 days ago to buy an air conditioner and after looking at a few units we went to the counter to pay for it and installation. After paying the staff member wished us happy new year and we responded with same to you. The next morning I had a strange feeling the installer was not going to pick up the unit and we had to. My wife phoned the store and a cranky woman told her we had to pick up the unit, my wife tried to explain at no point did the sales person say wait there I will get your unit or go around to the side for collection but cranky woman would have none of it and said for 45 the installer would pick it up for us. Omg after paying 900 for an air conditioner and 700 for installation which seems high as this unit is replacing an existing one I should not have to spend more money for 2km delivery. So another business that loves your money but after that don't want to know you. On a side note the original air con was from here as well and we went back 10 years later for another as we got great customer service the first time.

Today we went to Retravision in Bunbury to shop for a Weber BBQ. We were welcomed by Nathan who was full of knowledge of this product and made our shopping experience an easy one. We were given all the measurements we needed and we went home to measure it up. After phoning Nathan to purchase the Weber when we arrived to pick it up it was all ready to go. Thank you for your great service.
