Simply awesome. These guys get customer service and really do go over and above. We experienced an issue with our washing machine which ended up being our own fault relating to a Bobby pin of all things! They sent a technician who resolved the issue very quickly and didn’t charge us for the service where most others would have. Thanks for a great experience.

In light of COVID and after 6 months from my email, they have managed to still send me a mini tray for my fridge door (for which I accidentally broke) at no charge at all. To my surprise, it came in 3 days. Amazing customer service. Keep it up

Terrible customer service. Even the ATO, Centrelink and Auspost are streaks ahead. Fourty one minutes on hold...oh yes, and still didn't get to speak to someone. There should be a zero star rating available

A Big thank you to Lisa Ho for organising the replacement buttons for my rangehood to be sent to the repairer here in Perth. Lisa was very prompt and professional and kept in contact with updates. Brodie also rang to assure me that the part would be fixed and my warranty would cover the repairs, which it did. A Merry Christmas to you and Happy 2021.

It has been 1 week since I reported to Kogan and Residentia that the induction cooktop I bought was sent to me faulty. Kogan denied any responsibility and told me to contact Residentia - who simply have not responded to the 3 emails I sent to them. I cannot call them, the lines are engaged or sent to a voice mail. They are clearly avoiding customer service and contact. I should never have bought anything from these people. With so many poor reviews including mine, they are going to need a new business name soon.

I had issues with a dishwasher and Hayden was incredible. He really went above and beyond. My replacement dishwasher was delivered and installed in days with absolutely no dramas. I was overwhelmed with the brilliant service I received.

The team at Residentia Group are simply exceptional. I found them to be professional, understanding and very fair. I communicated with them over the phone and in email. In both instances, they were responsive, professional and maintained a scrupulous level of customer service. I spoke to Sarah M who went above and beyond in assisting with the replacement of a cooktop. I am incredibly thankful and appreciative for all her help and excellent level of customer service. I had very bad experience with there third party company technician.which is called AWR applications.there technician is very rude,arrogant and disrespectful to there customers.i shouldn’t buy inalto applications.so I won’t have bad experience.my builder recommended it.which he should,t.so I would recommend don’t buy this.because people who’s fixing the issue.thay not professional at all.
