We needed a spare part for our dryer. The ladies at the front desk were warm, friendly and welcoming. They had what we needed and also had a good laugh. Great service. Would recommend this company to anybody.
Absolutely pathetic reception that refused to take details for the repair man, for basic entry to the building. While I was unavailable in a urgent doctor's appointment. They failed to deliver a simple visit that was I was waiting for two weeks for. I run a business and this is effecting my rental. Pathetic service and abilities. Don't bother with them call some one more reliable
YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR OPERATING HOURS ON GOOGLE/INTERNET !! Drove all the way to get a part from you guys this morning only to find no one there despite it saying you are open till 1130am!!! A little note in your window might of been enough in 1980 but this is 2021 !!Thanks for the Waste of fuel and time...!
I booked a set time for the repairer to come, they were an hour late. I had no phone call explaining why they were late. I had to phone them and was told I was given an estimate time only. She was very rude, couldn't tell me how far away the repair was. I will never refer or use these guys again.
