Great bunch of people. I get my car service there. Always happy with the quality.
I serviced my new car at Honda North for both the first year and second year service. The first year, the hood of my car came back with 3 scratches. They denied it and there was nothing I could do about it. The second year, which was 3 weeks ago, I thought everything came back fine. But as I was driving to Katanning 3 hours away on 110km speeds, I started hearing funny noises from the car. I stopped, looked under and the front of the metal splash tray cover was coming off. I was so lucky to then find a car mechanic in Katanning during Easter, who said the metal cover was put back incorrectly and also had 2 bolts missing. I was beyond shocked as anything could have happened on the roads - getting stuck in a remote location or got in an accident or damaged the car really badly. I do not recommend Honda North and will not be taking my car back to them again. Would rather spend more money servicing it elsewhere where I won't have to worry about my safety.

Highly recommended Honda North. I’ve changed my Honda Civic 2013 battery few weeks ago and it restarted the system due to which the radio unit was asking for the password. I called wangara Honda from where I bought the car few months ago but they refused to helped me and the service manager was asking for 150 to give the password. However, I called Honda North today and while remaining on Call they fixed my issue. I don’t remember the name of the Person but it was definitely someone from the servicing Team. Thanks so much guys for doing a wonderful job. Best of Luck
I had an overheated Pajero briefly parked in Honda's site. I was just topping up the radiator and a friendly staff-member Alex offered us a coolant funnel, asked us to give a shout if we needed any help with the car and I was just very happy with his willingness to help although it was not required of him. Cheers Alex - top bloke!
Justin Sacks has been amazing helping me find that car I was looking for. I had so many questions and he went above and beyond to answer them.
