He was courteous and patient, and he also helped me to decide a car that best fits my needs. Kevin was quick enough to arrange for an immediate test drive and also gave a detailed demo explaining every feature that was available. It's a customer friendly and smart staff. I recently bought a Civic RS Sedan from this dealership and I must say that the service of the team was exceptional! Kevin was great at explaining all the features of the car, listing all the prices for add-ons and giving us the best price! As well as sharing some of his personal experiences when test driving the car. I appreciated how I didn't have to worry about following up the car because Cherry called first to let me know when it was ready and was flexible with the time of collection. Finally, Neil was great at finalizing the deal and showing me all the interior features of the car. Extremely helpful with all the questions I had. Overall, thank you so much to this team!
