Went to Office works Rutherford to do some printing this afternoon and a gentleman named Leigh was so rude to me, basically told me it was my responsibility to know how to use their store printing system(there is a sign to ask staff for assistance). I was eventually assisted by another team member 20 minutes later after I asked her if I could speak to the manager! Clearly there are issues with this guy if he does not know how to assist clients with the business' own internal systems.

I came in on Friday night and was served my Tahlia, great customer service is an understatement! She was extremely polite and helpful and ensured I was looked after in the most friendly way. Please thank her on my behalf! After working in customer service myself before I commend her on her efforts.

Long story short the customer service was pretty ordinary. Tried to get some photos printed, followed the signs in store to email to save time, lined up only to be told I had to use the kiosk computers, was given brief instructions by staff, tried to figure things out looked around for help but the two staff in the print area were too busy chatting so I gave up leaving quite annoyed by the whole experience.

Would be nice if the staff knew how to answer a phone. Ive been trying to contact the store too continuously have the phone ring out or after picking an option have the phone hang straight up. Don't be afraid to answer the phone. Also, is it that hard for the staff to be friendly? Some staff members would really benefit from learning how to use manners and talk to people.

Poor customer service and rude worker. Was approached in a rude manner by a worker with attitude making me feel uncomfortable.

Incredibly helpful staff member Katrina went above and beyond in following up a stock query on the phone. Initial search showed no stock but staff persevered and found the last unit which it seems had been mislabelled. Called me back to say they had got it and would hold it for me to collect. Very friendly service too.
