Seriously bad attitude and poor workmanship from a staff member in printing department dragged out my printing job for days. It was eventually resolved by a staff member with a positive attitude.
The entire printing section of the store is pretty inefficient, with long lines, and usually only one staff member (with another three-four on the floor not doing a great deal)... and then after waiting 30min, you get a fair bit of attitude... the store is in a convenient location - otherwise not much else going for it.
Jack in printing went above and beyond. He helped me select the the right elements to do a quick poster print and order of service booklet for my mother-in-law's funeral. I really appreciated the knowledge and level of service that he brings to the job.
Service is very excellent from all except one person. He seems to act very rudely when we have to ask for help. It didn't happen once but repeatedly. He need to change his attitude towards his customer.
Staff in printing were rude, add to this incredibly long wait times to just pick up items, beyond disappointed
Good stock for a city Officeworks and staff on hand to answer questions. Never had a bad experience here.
