Went in there asking for a 5 star energy rating Dryer. Being the more expensive one I wanted I was surprised the man steered me away from that and told me "people buy the lesser stars for convenience" and somrthing about pumps. Now I'm an eco friendly type person and I have the money to afford expensive appliances with high ratings.So I went to Harvey Norman instead.
