The staff here a very knowledge and genuine! Their have great product and show you how to use it. I had a sound system installed here and they took me through ever step. Their fitters did an amazing job! Would highly recommend Newcastle Pro Sound to anyone looking for quality product at a reasonable price!

Quick and easy service from the guys after coming in on a Sunday with no appointment. My dash cam was hanging from its cables after having a new windscreen installed elsewhere/the installer decided to use an inferior sticker. Anthony hooked me up and had me on my way in no time with the correct 3M product. This type of service is becoming rarer and rarer, but much appreciated nonetheless.

The guys here are an awesome team! They were super helpful in selecting the right product for my car and were straight up with the costs involved from the beginning which I found was awesome cause so many places hide install or potential extra costs for after the installation. Highly recommend Newcastle Pro Sound solely on awesome customer service received from Jeremy and Anthony. They were friendly, knowledgeable and honest with answering my questions regarding dashcams. An added bonus was I got front and rear dashcam fully installed for my Fiesta for a great price on the same day. They also went above and beyond by fixing my broken cigarette lighter plug and replacing it with a USB connection. Best customer service I've received in a long time.
