This is a truly awesome store - Super fast delivery, fair prices, immediate and personalised customer service, and regular, detailed updates. They also use Australia Post rather than a terrible courier service. When some items were out of stock, they reached out straightaway with estimates as to when it would come in. My order was also split to get the in-stock items to me faster. I've now placed three orders and each has been excellent.

Great service today from the dude who served me. Knowledgeable, friendly and let me hear about 10 different pairs of speakers. I went in thinking I was going to spend 500 ended up spending 800! Great job team will be a loyal customer for years to come :)

Been shopping at Store DJ for many years now and I've always had a great experience walking into the Store and being looked after by Frank. He's always been ready to help clear any queries and technical info on products. Definitely a place I'd recommend for anyone from newbies to pros !

Great store for all your audio needs. Be for instruments or music production. Staff here are super helpful and know everything there is to know about the products they sell Only downside is the available stock on items which means onsite purchases may not always be possible However company offers back ordering and is very responsive with customer communication Store has a lot of set up equipment which allows for the unique try before you buy Great store to walk around and check Out the latest offerings In the audio world

Worst customer service ever from Frank. Walked in wanted to use the DJ booth rooms and he imposed the 30 minute restriction for covid that has just been lifted on Monday by the NSW premier. He said if I used it for longer than 30 minutes then it would be “illegal” then I tried to reason with him about how it is legal and then he start saying it’s the store code, hence he was wrong in the first place. Then, on their website it’s not even a restriction anymore. So he is also lying about it being a store code. All this time he was being super offensive and aggressive. I told him I am a customer from store DJ and he shouldn’t be treating me like this and he started to ask for my phone number to verify that I am a customer. I bought a speakers, midi controller and headphones from the store but I refused to give him my number because frankly he shouldn’t be talking to anyone with such rudeness. Worst human being ever met in Sydney! Also, I have called in prior to coming to the store and I was told that there is no longer a limit on the booth rooms. So I have just wasted my trip. I would give a negative star review if this was an option.

Questionable customer service. I stood waiting for 15 minutes completely ignored by the two guys behind the cash registers while they served other customers. I literally just wanted a product in a tiny box right behind one of their heads. I tried to get their attention multiple times. They did not acknowledge me until one looked up and said “You could be waiting a while. Josh will serve you at the counters over there (Josh was super polite and nice, hence the 2 stars instead of 1).” So you’re telling me that you could have just said that at any point in the whole 15 minutes I was standing there? I was starting to feel invisible & probably look visibly irritated when he finally spoke to me. I replied “I literally just want the 215s behind you.” He gave them to me, which took 5 seconds, & I said “Thanks”. He instantly returned with “No problem have a good day!!!” In an antagonising way, because it was obvious that I was irritated. He was also arguing with the customers in front of me when I first arrived to queue, which was unpleasant and made me dread being served by him. I am really irritated that a task that should have taken 2 minutes, took 20.

Always knowledgeable staff. It never feels like you're being pushed to choose something more expensive that you don't need. Anyway, I highly recommend this place for all your music production or dj performance needs.
