Made an appointment around a month ago as I wanted to make sure it was okay to have a few guests during my try ons as the website clearly stated to be mindful of the amount of guests you took with you. Everything was okayed by the store via email. We arrived and found the store packed (during covid measures as well!) With 3 other groups each with 5-6 guests each. We felt super uncomfortable with the amount of people that were in store and trying on dresses at the same time. I had to wait off to the side while other girls in gowns were on the stands in front of the mirrors. My group could barely see me let alone give me their opinions on the dresses I tried as they were pushed towards the back of the store. We were told off when we tried to take photos which is okay, (many stores have this policy) but the group next to us were blatantly taking photos. We mentioned this to the lady who told us off and she just shrugged like the policy did not apply to them. I also felt the girl who was meant to be helping me tried to push for certain dresses and was getting frustrated as I was being a little bit picky.(if I'm buying a dress for thousands it needs to be perfect!!). Dresses were also tightly packed so made it very hard to browse as well as dresses they had on their website were only available in tiny sizes. Overall felt very uncomfortable during my time there and was rushed and pushed towards certain ideas I did not like, even after myself and my bridesmaid telling the lady what I wanted.

Attended this store to try on some wedding dresses. I was attended to by a very friendly girl who went out of her way to help me find a dress. Staff were very lovely nothing was a issue or problem..wish i could've stayed all day.. will def b back.. great prices too. Never once rushed me or pushed me into buying anything..

Thank you Michelle and Elizabeth for making wedding dress shopping an amazing experience. My worries that this would be a difficult day finding something to fit were gone the second I met Michelle, her professionalism and intuition made me feel like a princess in every dress I tried on. When I picked up the dress the store was very busy but the staff were able to juggle everything that came at them with a smile and always made the bride feel like the priority. Definitely recommend Belles and Beaux and I look forward to bringing my bridesmaids here for their dresses.

Every lady that works in there knows everything there is to know about dresses. They are so honest and helpful and really know what will suit. Any new bride to be who wants an amazing experience for yourself and your bridal party definitely go here. So many dresses to choose from, I picked my gown up yesterday and again had a awesome experience. My gowns quality and all there gowns are made of beautiful materials which i think make them look better. Thank you so much ladies i definitely think you were the best Bridal shop around. P.s they do have a few bridesmaid dresses in another room.
