Did give it a 4 out of 5 star rate. But have had to come back and edit and drop down to only two stars. This place was good when ringing the store you would get fast and friendly customers service and your matter of enquiry was sorted out fast and in a friendly and timely manner. It was Straight and direct and one on one customer service. Now when ringing the store you are left with a generic message bank saying leave a message and a contact number and they will get back to you. But here's the real kicker... They never do So just for that alone they have gone backwards and now have bad customer support leaving the only viable option in Making people having to drive down to the store to take up a simple customer service question that would of taken two minutes to answer on the phone
