The stuff they sell is used which has already had a good wear and tear and they sell that on the ground floor and yes occasionally you do get some good stuff at some good prices The staff is not very friendly and not at all accommodating which totally is a damperThe return policies are shocking where once you buy something of the floor you cannot return it back as they say once it leaves the stores its yours and you cannot come back with it I am not sure how the rental facet goes with their Furniture and I 'd be keen to how that works

I needed a few items of furniture to dress a granny flat as part of our home for sale. Most companies only offered packages with home dressers, but I didn't need that - I just wanted a few pieces to use- sofa, console table, bed, bedside etc, plus linen and decorator items. This was no problem for Pabs- the help of the team was amazing and I was in and out in about 1 hour with everything sorted. Just fantastic- ladies in the office, guys who delivered, service- A couldn't recommended highly enough. Thank you for taking the stress out of this part of my process!

Purchased 2nd hand couch WITHOUT black grease or ink stains only to rcv couch with two very visible black blobs on the side of couch. Was asked to send pics which I did, had to chase up with another call only to be told by Chantel that Jason her boss said “ you purchased 2nd hand so you have to wear it” after sending through a second more informative email with a pic of the couch in their warehouse free of stains (time of purchase 269-) and on arrival 10 minutes up the road I again followed the 2nd email up with a further call only to speak to another woman who said yes we see it has happened during the delivery and we apologise. We don’t normally refund but if you want to bring it back we will refund it. All in a very condescending tone! WHO can just “bring” back a couch? Appalling customer service from the Sydney Alexandria office. 1star was given only because it was forced!!!!
