We have been twice now, the first time it was like we had a disease, no one approached us or asked if they could help us. Things just don't sell themselves customer service is paramount. We vowed never to return. We made liars of ourselves and were back three days later (only because someone had ordered and paid for something for us) this time the service was excellent, friendly big smiles and great information good product knowledge. We will be back.
