Today I was given the perfect example of customer care. I had bought a product sight unseen, & when it was delivered promptly the next day, I realised it was not going to do the job. On returning the goods, the salesman bent over backwards to answer all my questions, do some research for me, & when the goods he was looking for were not in stock in Sydney or Melbourne, found a suitable replacement product. He then contacted the provider of that product, & within 15 minutes the goods were in my hand. Then..... he found a useful aid to go with my purchase at no cost, & supplied me with a photocopy of another product that I will probably buy in the future. The best experience of customer service I think I have ever had!
