Went to purchase some office chair and dealt with Lisa. Lisa was absolutely great. Went about and beyond to answer all my technical questions and looked after from a price point. The end to end experience was smooth. The shop carries a diverse range of office furnitures for any budget. They also carry stylish board room and meeting room furniture. Most importantly, they carry affordable range of Ergonomic chairs.

Rang up to find out if there were office chairs in stock or had to be ordered in. Was told that some models were available for immediate purchase/collection and if I came into store would be able to take one on purchase. Closing time is 5pm. Went straight after work and arrived at 4:15pm. Chose a chair - several in stock, but no, I couldn't have one because the warehouse closes at 4pm. Would have been good to know this at time of phone call.

We have bought two great desk chairs from Mile End Office furniture and they are great quality. We would highly recommend buying from here. Worth spending a bit more than rival homeware companies to get the quality and guarantee of a professional chair that will see us through for a long time.
