It’s a Monday afternoon, literally less than 5 customers, including those queuing up at the cashier. We requested a staff for the stock available of a bedside table we were keen to buy. But then that staff claimed he was helping somebody when there was literally nobody around for him to help. Even our response was loud enough for the manager to overhead but he did nth about it - It shows ‘how keen’ this store running a business and ‘how great’ the customer service quality is. No chance would we visit again.

While the store itself is fine - as far as Freedom stores go. What lets this store down is the staff who seem to be in their own little world, ignoring needs of customers. The lovely lady in the hijab was great however.
Clearly an ongoing theme of terrible customer service at this store and my experience was just that. Ordered and paid and only after money taken was told pickup of items was separate (ie even though they were 'in stock', i could not take them home, the store takes no interest in or responsibility after purchase. You need to drive to a different company entirely over 15 minutes away, supposedly after receiving a text message within 24 hours I was told. Over a week and still waiting for a text, rang the store and got a rude lady unwilling to help, like I didn't just buy a bunch of stuff from your store. Last time I ever buy something from Freedom, and will definitely tell friends of this experience.
The staff at Freedom Castle Hill have provided my mother and with exceptional service. Lara was fantastic with her organisation of the the interior design service which Freedom provides. Ellie (interior decorator) gave us wonderful advice for my mother's apartment and provided beautiful mood boards, interior plans and a variety of suggestions for furniture, colours and accessories. Portia and Debbie provided my mother and I with wonderful service yesterday when we had to finalise the pieces purchased for the apartment' interior. They were extremely helpful, thorough and patient. Overall we were extremely satisfied and happy with our shopping experience at Freeedom Castle Hill. Thanks so much ladies!!
27/01/2020，website clear shows：close at 5:00pm，I checked website before go there. BUT they closed at 4:00pm when I just arrived. Staff said they don't care what website says and said all other shops in this center closed as well，but they lied，freedom is the only shop close at 4:00pm
The staff told my kids “these sofa are expensive, kids, be careful” in a yelling voice while they are leaning on the sofa, not even stepping on them. We waited for more than 10 mins, but no staff was there to assist us. They are very rude and impatient. We won’t go back there.
Nice place for furniture and house decorations. Their tableware is also very good. Staff generally knows what they are doing, so it is OK to ask them - they will actually help or advise. Delivery and/or pick-up is reasonable. They offer a sort of loyalty card, but does virtually nothing (except for tonnes of emails spam) so don't bother about it.
Good service. Easy store to walk through and see products.
