Wasted 4 months for a table and 6 chairs, which were defective and never came and had to spent two weekends and a week day and many many hours in an effort to get a refund.

Exquisite products with top of the line service. Words cannot express how happy I am with my new table from Woodbury House! They went above and beyond to cater to all my needs and create a custom table for my office. Although it took a few months, the wait was definitely worth it! There were also some minor issues encountered along the way however the Woodbury House Team worked tirelessly to amend these issues. I commend their service standard and quality of products and will definitely be back for any office furniture I need. A special shoutout to Lino and Kyle for helping me out through the whole process, keep up the great work!

We recently bought a dining table from Woodbury and every step of the process we were met with exceptional service. Our online queries were answered promptly and when we saw the table in store it was exactly as described. Tony was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He has a great eye and helped us choose a finish. Lino assisted us with our order - nothing was ever too much of an ask. We were expecting an 8-10 week manufacture timeframe, but got lucky as our table was ready in 3 weeks. We requested assembly so our table was set up and ready to use within a matter of minutes. The products in the store are lovely, but I will never be buying from this company again. We ordered two items at the start of August 2020 and as of December still haven't seen them. Obviously this year has been difficult so it's not the wait that bothers me, it is that I have been told on five different occasions that "your order is coming in two weeks/a month" only for it to never arrive. At first we were promised our items were coming from Victoria, then told they were on a boat from Vietnam. Either they keep giving the products marked as 'ours' to other customers, or they just don't have any idea where their products are at any time. Either way I am completely sick of the terrible standard of communication. My best recommendation: if you're going to buy from this company, put in your order six months before you need the items.

Woodbury House - (Todd was my salesman) provided the best help and service that one could hope for. I had a table and chairs delivered to Melbourne by a freight company in Campbellfield who were also excellent! Also, thank you for a beautiful, quality outdoor teak setting. So easy to set up and WOW! It's gorgeous!

I bought a beautiful study desk, bookshelf and bookcase from Woodbury a few years ago. Their furniture is of high quality and their service was very polite and informative. A few months ago we had moved and I had misplaced a part of the bookcase which was very important to the shelving in it. The staff at the store and the warehouse were brilliant and helped me replace the missing pieces. They did this in a polite and professional manner and I am very grateful. Woodbury Furniture have lovely, quality pieces and is worth a visit if you are in the area.

Cheap and inconsiderate. I personally have had the worst experience with the owners. The shop itself isn’t bad, I just could never endorse the behaviour of the individuals who own this establishment. Find somewhere else to shop.
