Met with the lovely Amelia for help planning an East Coast trip - she was so knowledgeable and really felt like she listened to us and tailored all accommodation/activities suggestions to our personalities. Ryan was amazing! He helped us as we changed our plans many times and steered us toward the most time and cost efficient route. I didn't think I could do Fraser Island and it was a big dream of mine so Keelan did everything possible to make it happen by rearranging our trip to make my dream come true! Great customer service and he even beat online prices! They took half of their day to make it possible, a big thank You!!

If you are considering planning a backpacking trip through Australia, this is definitely the place to go. My wife and I initially just dropped in for some basic info, but realized Happy Travels was able to do way more for us than what we could possibly have planned ourselves in the same time frame. Ryan was incredibly helpful and patience. He dedicated tons of time with us and helped us planned out more of the timeframe. He had so much insiders insights. Happy Travels were incredibly helpful and efficient, we felt like very small fish in a big pond on arrival in Melbourne, but they helped make us feel at home with directions and suggestions on 'must dos' in the city as well as helping us book affordable day trips and tours. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to get our trip to Fiji sorted, he put aside two days to help us and even made personal calls on our behalf. They also do a great night out at United Backpackers, fun atmosphere, fun people and some free shots!
