Very friendly. Great hospitality, we all felt right at home. Lots of space for all 10 of us with lots of cushions and beanbags for us to relax on. Champaigne and nibblies were also provided. Gorgeous boat with an even better view. It was a beautiful, special way to celebrate. Would definitely recommend.

I celebrated my 21st with the team at Big Mama Sailing. An incredible time was had by all. They were so accommodating right from the start! They took us to Five Beach Bay and let us paddleboard and explore to our hearts content! We had a delicious lunch, with snacks supplied also! All of us onboard were comfortable and having one of the best days we could have asked for! It was smiles all round!! I will definitely be going again!
Had a fantastic time on the Ragamuffin private charter with nine friends. Such a great experience with fantastic views and it was a great environment with music as well. As being able to bring our own snacks. Lisa was incredibly acccomdating and quickly answered all my questions. Stu ran the charter and he was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this to tourists and locals alike!
My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed sailing over to Magnetic Island on the half day Big Mama cruise. Lisa, Fletcher and Lily were so welcoming from the moment we got on board. If you're just wanting to relax or take part in the activities that were on offer on this half day cruise they had it all. The light lunch and morning tea was refreshing too. I just loved the peace and serenity of our surroundings and the weather was just magical. I would totally recommend this for its affordability and value also for what you get. Thanks for an awesome day out.

We went on a half day cruise on the Ragamuffin III with our 3 primary school aged kids. It was the highlight of our week on Magnetic Island! We went snorkeling, visited remote beaches and Stu gently taught the kids how to steer the yacht. We had a wonderful time and made lasting memories. We highly recommend this cruise!
My wife and I had a great half day sail on Big Mama while we were in Townsville over christmas. One of the few outfits that will pick you up from Townsville Marina.
Lisa went above and beyond to make us comfortable and ensure we all had a great time. Would most definitely go again. Highly recommend!
