Brilliant - well run with no fuss. We rented the 6-berth boat which was excellent for three people and would also be good for four, but probably not many more than that. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the river was stunning and peaceful. We went mid-week and it was pretty much deserted. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly family run business. Great communication. We hired smallest houseboat.. it was so cute. I would not have more than two people on small houseboats. Boats were clean and had basic kitchen supplies, stove plus BBQ Need blankets and pillows and towels. Trip was great hardly anyone on river. Am doing it again as soon as I can.
Great location on the water. The boat we rented was really good and well equipped. The boats seem to be getting a bit old and need a bit of refurbishment given the price you pay. The linen we rented was rather old and there were holes in the sheets. A lovely part of the world though and some really scenic places on the river.

I went with group (19 ppl) that included kids 2 years to 8 years old and hired 2 boats (July 17-19). Bedrooms are okay, a bit too close to each other with one toilet and separate shower. There is a dingy attached to the boat which is the highlight in the whole trip (2 nights and 3 days). Overall, nice views, nice trip with friends. We went in July - the weather in day time was amazing but night time was chilly. Enjoy the photos taken with Oppo A91 :-)
We hired houseboat with deposit 2 months from departure date. With less than 24 hours notice, we were told our boat was double booked but another boat could be used at further cost to us due to their mistake. We turned it down as it would double our original cost. We were so disappointed as we were looking forward to celebrating a 40th birthday but managed to locate our good times to another venue. We won't be using them in the future.
Everything was great aside from the bad O-ring that disabled our steering after one hour of travel. We continued to try to drive while one of us manually manoeuvred the motor. It was really stressful so we called them after another try. Someone came out after an hour of being anchored and they fixed the steering. (these things rarely happen!) I asked Hilda for a refund of just two hours and she replied "refund? you go to enjoy the beauty of the river from a boat!" - well no I didn't we were all really stressed out for two hours! Anyways, my point is pay attention to the lack of sympathy and poor customer service in other reviews. It's a thing with them.
We had an amazing experience on the Relax 2 8 berth. The boat was modern, cosy yet enough room for everyone to have their own space. Everyone was very helpful and Hilda especially was such a pleasure to deal with she was very patient with myself and 4 kids asking every question possible and gave us some helpful tips on the best way to enjoy the weekend on the boat. We definitely will be returning very soon! Thank you again Simon and Hilda for an unforgettable weekend!
