The best Panel Beating workshop. The only workshop you can walk in and be called by name even if your car is taking longer than expected Geoff explains why and is extremely courteous. Recommend to any person needing panel repairs

I recently had my vehicle in for repairs and I have to say how impressed I was with there service. They made the whole experience easy and handled everything so i didn't have to worry. Geoff was very professional and my repairs were done on time. When I dropped the car off it was wiped over with disinfectant and came back all washed and cleaner than before. I had some private work done at the same time and it was very reasonably priced. I cannot fault the quality of work, The Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Badhams and if i need any more work done in future i will be bringing it back.

Just Terrible! The worst think about damaging your car is you have to deal with Badhams! Still waiting on a part for my wife's car from 3 years ago! We paid the insurance premium and the insurance company paid the rest and we have given up asking where the part is. On a recent visit, same rudeness and abrupt customer service..it actually made me laugh it was so bad. Obviously only survive because they are the preferred (cheap) supplier by insurance companies.

Dealt with Badhams as a Third Party via Allianz insurance. The initial visit went well, Jim/James assessed the damage. 2nd visit to drop the car off, he took my keys in the office, all nice as pie. As I turned back while walking out of the office to ask a question I caught him fully STARING at my rear... rather unprofessional and made me uncomfortable but not like I was going to say anything considering I just gave him my car keys. On pickup after I got home I noticed a chip on the boot door, damaged plastic pannel on the door that was repaired, rubber not put back properly and some pretty severe scratches on the roof. Upon return I was approached by James again, but his tune had changed. It was like dealing with an angry teenager. I've NEVER had someone in a senior or service position talk down to me like that, he was so rude, dismissive and condescending. But his tune was notably different when speaking to my male partner. He tried to show me sun damage on other vehicles, saying the scratches were actually cracks, but nothing he showed me matched the damage on my car that was not prevalent when I dropped the car off, it looks like course sandpaper has been dragged over it. When I tried to explain I wasn't interested in other cars damage he said I may as well just go then if I wasn't going to listen to him... He banged on for quite some time picking on irrelevant details. Had he approached me in a civil manner the outcome would have been different but I am perusing a complaint via Allianz as well. His service was so appaling I have decided I would rather pay to fix his mistakes from my own pocket rather than deal with him for another second. He agreed to fix the door platic and rubber and the boot chip but denied the roof damage. He worked himself up so much he was shaking from adrenaline, just ridiculous. I just can't understand how a businessman could be so terribly unprofessional.
