As we needed a new tender for our cruising catamaran we went to the Sydney Boat Show where we met Michael. We looked at many RIBs and Michael had the one that we eventually decided on after visiting his stand several times. His dinghy was perfect for us but it was his friendly nature and helpfulness that stood him apart from the rest. After purchase not only did he arrange delivery of the new dinghy to us but he also offered to deliver the new motor we had bought from a competitor at the show. Ben delivered the dinghy and motor and went out of his way to fit in with us, nothing was too much trouble for either of them. The purchase of our new inflatable was a very pleasant experience, thank you Michael and Ben.
