Have used Nautical for about 10 years in late '90's (storage and mechanical), and then again recently for an outboard service. My family have used them for 30 years. Ken, Colin and crew are good, and I have received good service from them and prior owners. They are not the cheapest but good value given their good mechanical skills and knowledge. They are reliable and courteous, helpful over the phone with problems, and support the local community. I know several LOCAL contractors use them and swear by them for their good service. Things get busy down there over the Christmas period and they have some difficult and demanding customers from time to time. They cope with that quite well. Do good stuff on the water and off. Storage yard is very popular (hard to get a spot).
Excellent service from Brett and Colin for both repairs and maintenance. Along with fantastic service on the water over the busy holiday period. Have sold a Fourwinns and purchased a Caribbean through them and happy with both transactions. Honest and trustworthy. Cheers Dom

Really enjoyable experience buying our first (large) boat from Bret & Colin. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we were happy with our selection. After sales service is fantastic too. Highly recommended.
Absolutely rude receptionist and doesn't know how treat customers
This is what happens when you have a monopoly! Over promise, under deliver and don't have any regard for your property. Will be looking elsewhere next year...
