I'm happy with the service provided by Macarthur Home Improvements. I wanted new venetian blinds for my house. Roxanne came out and measured the windows, the blinds were ordered and installed promptly and the price was reasonable.

Couldn’t be happier with the end result. From the quote to the install, staff were fantastic. Had my zip screens installed two days before Christmas as promised. Installers, Dave and Adam were fantastic and the electricians finished the job as promised. No issues whatsoever and my family and I will enjoy the extra outdoor space for years to come. Thank you Macarthur Home Improvements for my wonderful plantation shutters and blinds. The team at Macarthur Home Improvements are fabulous. The receptionists, Pete (advice, measuring and quote) and Dave (installation) were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. I am so pleased with the quality of the shutters and blinds. My house looks brand new. Highly recommended!!!
Very happy with their service. We got security screens and grilles by them. The installation and follow up was great.
Roxanne was well prepared with all her samples and very knowledgeable about their products. I had no idea about styles, colour matching and materials. Roxanne saw the layout of my home and colours and gave me a few suggestions and with her opinion it helped me choose my colour and style of rollerblinds. We then repeated the same for an external zipscreen for the rear patio. The installator was professional at installing the products. Once everything was installed it gave the home that final finishing touch. I have recommended Macarthur Home Improvements to two neighbours and both have utililised their services. I would not recommend anybody else.
Went into the shop to order a number of items and seek installation advice to my dismay the dismissive nature of the owner was evident. The owner of the business needs to understand what a customer centric business is or retire, I will never deal with this business and will never recommend them to anyone.
I bought security doors, fly screens and blinds from this company and just wanted to say thank you for the amazing products you installed. I had a minor issue with a security screen door 18 months after install but when I called the front desk who was very understanding, they sent someone out immediately and fixed the problem no questions asked. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time . Thank you to all the team there.
