Hi - Nu-style's phone system is not working - I haven;t been able to get through for the entire month of Jan ? Are you still in business ? I bought an awning nearly 3 years ago from you and I've now found it wasn't installed properly. The supporting bolts were drilled into brickwork which are largely hollow so little wonder the bolts have now come away and it looks like the awning is about to fall out of the attachments.. Someone (from your company) came to look at it and said he'd sent photos back to you - but I've heard nothing in over a week. Will you install it properly (as should have been done in the first place) and please fix your phone system !

If I could give negative -5 stars, I would. If you happen to look past the false promises of timely and efficient service, or the fact that you might just get what you paid for, you will find a company completely unaccountable and out of touch, you’re better off investing with the Nigerian prince in your inbox. Ask for Toula, she will give you the same empty promise as that douche from bar who said he would call. Susie? On some sort of holiday (even during covid lol). And KEVIN?! You know Kevin from the office (US VERSION)? Well that bloke looks like a Fortune 500 CEO compared to THE Kevin from this place. Do yourself a favour. Go to the newsagents (yes they still exist). Buy 50 copies of toilet paper (The Herald Sun), and just stick that on your windows. You’ll be happier with those type of blinds than you will from here. Josh is cool though.

Frauds !!! They took my advance of 2.5k in July and no updates, no call backs . When I call them they say some one will call back and that's it , no one does . This week they have started disconnecting my calls . Tried contacting jaz and Dave on their mobile , texted them too . No answer . I'd send a legal notice next week. Disgusted with their service !! They should be ashamed of themselves Inresponse to the owner : r u not ashamed to lie ? When we paid the advance and gave you the business you promised to get the job done in a month ( 4 weeks) You guys had to shut down one and a half month after I paid the advance. Your business has resumed 4 weeks ago. When I call for an update you guys says Warren or some one is going to get back to me and no one got back . Thanks to Marie and Kevin they are so good at answering calls and saying they will get back to us and no one bothers to call us . Liars !!! Shut ur business down !!

If you value your time and your money avoid this company like you would avoid Covid19. After taking our final payment in January and setting a date for installation on the 4th day of February we finally got the last of our blinds installed on the 11th of May. In the intervening period of holding our money and our blinds I spoke to the company at least 16 times and all we got is creative excuses that make lying seem like a hobby rather than a necessary pursuit to save one's skin. Among the excuses we received were: "There has been a mix-up at the factory and the blinds have been sent to the wrong address", "Our truck has had a breakdown and we are unable to deliver", "The van driver has your blinds in the back of his vehicle but has contracted Covid 19" and finally "we are working hard but you need to take a good look at what is happening around the world". Additionally the staff are extremely rude when you try to deal with the facts. This company does not deserve your business
