I placed an order with Winston Mosman on 7/01/2020 and paid a 50% deposit the same day. The consultant Daniel said that someone would come to do a check/measure within the week. It is now 2 weeks and no-one has contacted me at all. No confirmation of the order. No receipt. No check/measure. They just grabbed my money and disappeared. I am planning to complain to the Dept of Fair Trading. Do not do any business with Wynstan Mosman. They are unreliable, take your money and do nothing. No communication, no service.
Have only had positive experiences with Wynstan. Staff fantastic, job well done, courteous, responsible, timely. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use again. a great company.
Very unprofessional. Had to call multiple times to confirm order status. Their installer Brad has now organised to install the blinds on 3 different days and hasn’t showed up. Received no communication from the installer or Wynstan. Had to call them. Appreciate it’s a busy time of year but don’t lie to customers. Still waiting for a very simple set of blinds to be installed that were ordered over a month ago now... totally disorganised and unacceptable service. Avoid.
Super professional, reliable and good quality - would use them again and recommend them.
