Had the most amazing experience choosing my wedding dress.. At the beginning I was wondering how I could possibly pick a dress out of so many, Karen made the whole process delightful. She made my mum, nanna and myself feel so welcome & helped me with every question I asked. I'm so thankful I chose to visit this amazing place. Thank you again Karen :)

Karen was just amazing. She helped me through different dress fittings and gave professional advice on budget, designs, and timeline. Even though I did not find a dress I liked at the store and did not have time to preorder (June wedding), Karen went the extra mile recommending other stores who sell ready-to-wear casual wedding dresses and even tried giving them a call for me to see if I could drop by that same day! Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone who is on top of their wedding planning (unlike me!) for their impressive customer service.

I had such a wonderful experience at LUV Bridal in Moonee Ponds! My consultant Ruby was so lovely, and really made me feel comfortable! I was so impressed with the wide range of dresses, and the amazing size range! Being plus size myself, I was a little nervous on finding a dress that would flatter me, but Ruby said when I first entered the store, that some brides try on the first dress and fall in love with it... and that’s exactly what happened with me! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family in the future!

I can not fault this shop, Karen went above and beyond and made you feel so comfortable from the very start. Her knowledge was just what I wanted and needed! It made me feel 100% confident in the dresses. I seriously appreciated their honestly as well, which was done is such a lovely way. Excellent customer service - the staff were very genuine and knowledgeable. It was the only bridal stop that I visited where the staff gave me their honest opinion, and were really invested in helping me to find the right dress (rather than letting me decide myself!). Sue-Ellen was fantastic. She knew a lot about what dresses suit particular people, and was very thorough in asking specific questions as I tried on a range of dresses. She helped me to work toward finding a dress that I love. Very affordable prices too.
It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I went to Luv Bridal. The staff was so welcoming and friendly! My consultant Suellen was so lovely and professional! She really wanted me to find the perfect dress and advise me what would look best on me. She made me felt so comfortable throughout the whole experience. I can't speak highly enough of Suellen! It was my first time trying on wedding gowns and I was extremely nervous. Karen was the most professional, caring, knowledgeable, considerate and friendly lady and I am so thankful I met her and had her make the whole experience not only for me but for my mum and matron of honour the most calming and memorable experience. The gowns are beautiful and the staff are all so friendly and helpful! Karen helped me find my dream gown and went above and beyond to rush order my gown and book me in for alterations. I am blown away by Luv Bridal and Formal and by Karen and I cannot recommend them enough! To Karen, thank you so much for everything and to the other ladies thank you too! To the brides looking at buying a wedding gown, you will not be disappointed!
