I recently went to the fortitude valley store and bought my first items from Lululemon for my birthday. Although I loved the items, the girls were not very friendly and disinterested. I went to pac fair yesterday and decided to check out Lululemon and I was so happy with my experience. Everyone was lovely and the store overall seemed more inviting. Lili was wonderful and genuine.

Such amazing service and the store is so inviting. I went to the store recently to return an item and the girls are so helpful, the girl who helped me approached me right away and asked how she could help. I told her the situation and she was more than happy to allow me to exchange the item. Will definitely return to this store after such a great in store experience on both of my visits to the store.
