I was very impressed with the service provided by the sales staff- namely Maddie, Fraser (footwear, and bikes) and Kahlea. They knew the products, helped me choose, didn't make me feel rushed or pressured and were very polite and professional. This made for a pleasant shopping experience (which can't always be said for a large store) and I walked out satisfied, with what I wanted. If not for their help, chances are I wouldn't have purchased that day, but gone home to think it over, perhaps later looking somewhere else. Thankyou

Great location. Great price. They provide many outdoor or indoor sport wear/ equipment. You can subscribe their club offer. I bought snow jacket. Good quality and waterproof. I love it. When u join their club member, you will get discount on your first product. Also, you will have birthday discount as well.

Good Anaconda store in Launee. The girls on staff here are great- nice & cheerful & they take the time to engage & talk to you.
The entrance to the carpark is off Williams St not Cimitire St which is what google says. Anaconda IS in the same building as Spotlight but on the opposite side (Williams St).
Scored a JetBoil Sumo on sale. Great price at around 90 off.
A young, helpful, very friendly assistant helped me find what I was looking for and gave me some very useful advice. Can't remember her name but will look for her next time.
