If I ever spoke to my clients the way they do I would be out of Business within a year, customer service is very important regardless of how frustrating or annoying it may be, how untrue or false peoples statements may be, downgrading customers or blaming them is never okay. Working a resolution out is key with any Business :) Read Goodle reviews, search ABN, do some research and make your own mind and decision up, where an exact third of their reviews are negative and all complain about the same experience, I would be careful, and that is all the advise I can give based on my personal experience.

Couldn't be any happier with my purchase and the service that I received from the support staff. They replied very promptly to my emails. Fragile items arrived intact and look exactly as how they are shown on the website. The price is so competitive that it makes much more financial sense to buy them from Wedding Super Store than to hire them from the event places.
