The receptionist were so very polite on the phone as well as in person. and very helpful and understanding with your problems. and able to help you out manage your problems that you'd. come about with every sort of problem you come to at these sort of times. Also the gentleman that came out and took a look at my car before taking a few photos. he was very polite very respectful about the situation at hand. as well very easy to talk to people and abel to give a review on a few different options 5/5 for me.

KSR auto body did an impeccable job with my BMW that had been reversed into. They took care of the car while it was at their workshop and completed all repairs to my satisfaction. There were delays due to COVID as shipment of parts took a while but once they were here, the fitment was quick and follow up service was really good, thanks for the wonderful job!
Great work, it took a little longer than anticipated but Sharon and Ben were happy to keep me informed throughout. One little glitch which I am sure they will fix the left hand mirrors camera doesn’t work. Old school customer service oriented and craftsmanship to match, I would recommend them to anyone...
Smash repair was excellent. I have an issue with the office staff who would not give me even an estimated time on the day of pick up what time my car would be ready. I live an hour away so just asked for an approx time. They could not, then rang back an hour later to tell me my car was ready! I said I would come the next day instead, but they demanded I pick it up that day before 3.30. Really rude. I had also tried to ring 3 times the day before & no one answered or returned my calls. Really bad communication but great smash repair work.
