We recently purchased a HRV and the whole experience was great from start to finish. It was our first time buying a brand new car and everyone in the sales team made us feel comfortable. They were knowledgeable and not at all pushy. They accomodated us well and were always very friendly. Any questions we had were answered and in the end we got the car for a great deal. Special thanks to Aaron who made this experience a lot smoother and easier for us first time buyers. Definitely recommend!

Joey looked after us as soon as we walked into the showroom. He was always very accommodating and made every effort to meet our requirements. He is having good knowledge on Honda cars and he cleared all my querys during test drive. Our experience was very pleasant and I would have no hesitation in recommending Great Western Honda to family and friends.

This would have been a 5 star except for the "Business Manager"who completed the paperwork. She was curt, abrupt and couldn't wait to get us out of her office. The sales staff were excellent!

Hi, I went to Honda today. I was very impressed with sales boy Stratos Daskal who dealt very well and explained all feature of car. But Office manager Mark was not at all good in dealing with customer. He approached with some expressions like he has grudges with us and when we sit on negotiation for price which is expected discount price he walked away instead of working with us to make a deal. I felt offended by his behavior. Not at all good way of dealing sir!! I am sorry. There is always a better way to talk instead of waking away. I will never like to deal with Mark. Thanks
