The service of some employees in this shop is really puzzling. Yesterday, I came to the store to see a speaker that was on sale on the Internet, but what I saw on the shelf didn't show a discount, so I asked a Tall and chubby staff with glasses. He went to check and told me it was all sold out. I showed him the information on my mobile phone that there were goods in the store. He told me that they were reserved for other customers and suggested that I go to another store . I clearly saw that there was a same product in the store. The difference was that there was no discount on the label. Excuse me, does this mean that I can buy this speaker at full price, but it's not available at a discount? After that, I felt very confused, so I placed an order directly on the Internet. Half an hour later, I received an email telling me that I could pick up the goods. Unless a lot of speaker arrived suddenly in the half an hour, I couldn't accept the result. If your store doesn't want to sell goods at a discount, you can choose not to participate in the activity. Why does the network show that there are stores and there are also stores and they don't sell to customers? And cheat the customer that it's sold out. Unless there is a difference between discount and regular , I can accept it. This may make a lot of people who are not good at online shopping can not get the correct price information to buy discounted goods at full price. It's a really bad experience.

I love JB hifi. It's one of my favourite stores. For the most part the staff know their stuff. And they will always negotiate or match prices.
Had a really great experience getting a warranty return on a Usb cord. Was able to look up my receipt via phone number and it was replaced with a new version. Was even told to skip queue when I cam back with replacement device. Great customer service. Keeps me coming back again and again....
When attempting to price match multiple stores, a staff member (tall and chubby guy with glasses) kept coming up with random excuses as to why they couldn't price match, even saying the stock on Australian websites was from France when the description stated AU stock... And they always added on 13 for shipping saying it was a store policy, even though the websites that they were price matching had free shipping... I've never had so much trouble price matching something at other JB stores
Good customer service. Though the whole shop inside felt cluttered/cramped because I had to constantly make way for other customers. Also, didn't have many DJI accessories for mavic mini. Average shopping experience.
The female cashier's service attitude is poor and the staff's service efficiency is slow! I wanted to buy a computer and waited too long for IT! Lack of employees, I need to take the initiative to find employees to ask for things

Its a great store with all the tech stuff you need. There is a great guy there I forgot his name - man you did a great job you helped me get a cheap item that performs well.
