Very helpful and friendly sales guy helped me out with a tablet and case, and listened to me when I said I didn't want the additional insurance. He didn't try to persistently up-sell me like the knuckled-heads at the Knox store did on the same day. Of course, it would be much better if they didn't try to up-sell you insurance in the first place...
